Become a pizza master from your own home. Learn how to make my Neapolitan-ish thin crust pizza from scratch. Family, friends and couples are all welcome!

About

Registration - 60 Minute

All classes use kitchen equipment you already have at home. All you need is a stand mixer, home oven and a baking sheet! If you have a pizza oven, that’s even better. Regardless of your skill level, you’ll have a good time and learn something new. 

Space is limited, classes are kept smaller to maximize time for answering any questions.

Online Classes are via Zoom. Once registration is complete, you will receive an email with the Zoom link, private passcode, agenda, and shopping list so you can be prepared.

The class is completely interactive. I will guide you throughout the process of making my dough and sauce. I’ll take you into my own backyard and we’ll cook a pizza together.
